Kathryn Santana Goldman, BSN, MS - President and Founder, is a skilled coach, facilitator and trainer. Kathryn has over 25 years of experience working with community based, national, and international organizations delivering professional development programs. Her corporate experience includes over nine years at Genentech and nine years at Kaiser Permanente. Kathryn has certifications in Leadership Coaching, Training and Human Resource Development and Organizational Development.
Over the past decade, Kathryn has worked with emerging leaders and leadership teams in the biotechnology industry.While working in several large national and international health care related organizations, she developed her skills in professional coaching, change management, and organizational development. Throughout her career, her passion has been designing and delivering training and coaching to provide individuals with the skills they need to be successful.
A native of San Francisco, Kathryn enjoys spending time with family and friends to celebrate special events as well as everyday gatherings. To keep herself strong, she practices Pilates, yoga or weight training as part of a daily routine. When she is not at home, Kathryn and her husband, Fred, are avid travelers and enjoy learning about different cultures.
